Death Valley: Eureka Dunes, Racetrack Playa and more

UPDATE: As of September 18, 2018 this workshop is sold out. Please contact us to be placed on a waiting list, and things do often change by the workshop time! Also, please check out our other workshops.

Death Valley is a truly unique National Park. It features the lowest, driest, and hottest locations in North America and is surrounded by mountains that rise to over 11,000 feet. Covering about 3,000 square miles, it’s larger than Yellowstone, yet most photography workshops barely scratch the surface of what this park has to offer.

This is a unique opportunity to visit and photograph great locations during the best light. We’ll camp in remote areas, and also have two nights at Furnace Creek Ranch, where we will have an image review. We’ll be visiting remote sand dunes, dry lakes, colorful canyons and maybe even Badwater where the polygons have formed.

* So what does all inclusive mean? From the time we meet on March 14th, until we say goodbye on March 19th, all meals, and lodging are included. You can stow that wallet!

Muench Workshops is an Authorized Permittee of the National Park Service.

The instruction by Andy and Marc was always available and always helpful. I liked the fact that when I wanted help I got it, but you guys were willing to let me go my own way, too. Marc’s classroom critique was the best I have experienced. He has a nice touch which is substantive yet does not intimidate. His balanced comments and demonstrations were helpful to everyone. I had been to only a few photo workshops in the past. I came away mostly feeling they weren’t worth it. You guys are leagues above, and I will be attending another of your workshops.
