Yes, we are a fully incorporated entity in California, operating as Muench Workshops, LLC. We maintain all necessary permits, insurance, and field safety certifications for our workshops. Our leadership team is trained in first aid, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants while providing exceptional photography experiences.

We offer refunds under certain conditions. Please review our Terms and Conditions for specific details. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, we suggest obtaining travel insurance that covers cancellations for medical or personal reasons.

Our workshops vary in difficulty, and we encourage participants to assess their fitness levels honestly. Generally, you should be capable of carrying your own gear and navigating uneven terrain. Each workshop is designed with various challenges, from easy to difficult hikes, so you can choose one that matches your physical abilities.
Our workshops are all-inclusive, covering transportation, lodging, meals, and expert photography guidance. You won’t have to worry about extra costs or logistics; we take care of everything, allowing you to focus entirely on your photography journey. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, our workshops provide a supportive atmosphere to foster learning and creativity.

Tipping can be a concern when choosing a photography workshop, but not with ours. We pay our pros so they don’t rely on tips and won’t accept any. Tips for local guides and outfitters are also covered. The only optional tip is for hotel housekeeping; otherwise, all tips are included.
